Those lessons didn’t stay behind when I left the service—they’re the foundation of how I operate every day. Whether I’m mentoring a teammate, helping a client navigate their coverage, or tackling a challenge head-on, I bring the same mission-first mindset to everything I do.

I thrive on social interaction and believe that strong relationships are the key to success. I’m passionate about connecting with people, building trust, and creating a sense of community—both inside and outside the agency.
